Workshops
“Megan is an awesome, professional and beautiful soul who puts so much love into facilitating welcoming, non-judgemental and fun spaces. I’d highly recommend to anyone who has the chance to attend an Expressive Life event” - L.M
Why come to a Workshop?
Connect and Enjoy
Spending time in a held group space can be nourishing, connecting and fun. Workshops focus on using the creative elements of movement, drawing, writing and sound to learn about ourselves and how we live in the world.
Go Deeper
Why not be creative for the joy that it brings? Furthermore, In this quiet, exploratory space, we can explore our physical, emotional and mental worlds and find resources for daily life.
Sharing
Having our creative expressions seen and shared can feel daunting, so these workshops focus on a gentle, safe space of no judgement and inclusivity. The focus is on the process being enjoyable, revealing and curious, rather than a set desired outcome.
Be Creative!
You do not need any experience and you definitely don’t need to consider yourself “creative” at all! (By the end you’ll remember we are all creative simply by being!)
For Corporate Colleagues
Being in touch with our creativity is a key skill in the workplace. As adults we can often feel a block to our creativity, and certainly a lot of judgement. In creative sessions we work to look at these stories we’ve told ourselves, free the imagination and have fun exploring our creativity together. This can be linked to an aim of the organisation or as a new approach to a current challenge.
For Schools
As a fully qualified teacher I enjoy linking this work to the curriculum and can offer short or long workshops. As an example, we may explore colours, the elements of nature or emotions.
